Compound Bow – A long way since Robin Hood Imagine how much damage Robin Hood could have made to the Sheriff of Nottingham if he'd been in possession of a compound bow. Of course, it could never happen as they were only actually designed in the 1960's, but even so, it would have made a pretty good story don't you think? Mind you, if the legend is correct Robin Hood didn't actually need the additional accuracy of a compound bow, he could pretty much hit whatever he shot at anyway.Wh
